Polytoria's client & creator launcher uses Electron (last time I heard, though I know Alyx was wanting to move to a different framework) which ended support for Windows 7 on January 10th, 2023. I would redirect you to DevPixel's Windows 7 launcher however it's very old and probably doesn't work - alongside the fact I can't find the actual source code for it.

the system requirements prob enough but maybe your pc is just not good enough

it meets the system requirements, it's just my particular line of 2008-2009 lenovo laptop has huge problems running modern OSes

(research lenovo ideapad y530, ignore the lenovo legion y530 they are completely different laptops)
