Wdym, that can be a serious issue.
People can abuse it, since you say adding it to forums it wont be able to be moderated I'm assuming, it would take time to be seen and then taken down.
It can effect how people see the forums.
This should only be added if they have the proper moderation or it will be a serious flaw.

My other idea for this, if they add a section for images.
These can be used in forums / games.
These will be processed by staff and then released to the public.
They will probably have guidelines for images and explain what happens if you try to upload a inappropriate image to the site.
Such as a 2 week ban, or depending on the severity a perm ban.
