The only way you can tell is if he stated his license plate

And license plate may not directly tell the whereabouts of his home address but the first numbers or letters can give a idea on what state he lives in

i agree black is probably best however i couldnt pass up on the deal so i compromised. the brown is so dark that its almost black, especially at night
