Make different perks for plus deluxe

Meshes are intended to become a regular Plus perk as well eventually, however it's probably going to be awhile before they are 100% released for free. For now, you can usually ask any Plus Deluxe player to upload your mesh for you and they usually say yes. However they can't make it private because then you wouldn't be able to use it either so keep that in mind.
