Yes they did do a reset. All of my accounts were wiped as well. But I have slowly been getting all my items back.

Polytoria had an economy reset on April 14th 2023 alongside it's new website release. All items were wiped, however some special items such as event items or exclusive items were reuploaded shortly after the new website release.

You received store credit depending on your net-worth, along with an item if you met a certain net-worth requirement. You can check how much store credit you have (if any) in settings.
