the shirt really doesn't match, the face is plain, your head area looks sorta empty, here is what i would add

   if you wanna keep that shirt try out the slim-body or get another shirt, i would maybe change the pants also

   get a scarf+headphones or somethin, it makes your neck/head area look less empty
