I am planning to make userstyles (unofficially) that look like the profile themes I've created but apply to the entire site. However, I doubt this will ever become an official feature due to it meaning every single thing has to be styled unlike profiles where there is only so much to style.

And a great point, you can use the Theme Creator feature built into Poly+ to customize the site theme how you want it.
