select objects than right click one of them and click group as folder

All instances can be grouped to a folder by inserting a Folder instance and parenting the instances to it. To insert a Folder instance: (Top-bar of Creator) Insert -> Elements -> Folder
tl;dr Insert -> Elements -> Folder and parent to it
