Flood escape game didnt grant me the egg

i had all 6 collected, it took me like 2 hours looking for the eggs just for the claim button not to do anything, i rejoined because "eggs now save!" and now i don't have ANY egg collected, 0/6!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is so frustrating because the game is lagging so badly on my pc and I AM NOT doing it all over again

you have to touch the egg and if it makes a noise you collected it (They have a green glow)

I think it is due to Polytoria's client at the moment. It has been having some issues lately...
