Make each item have an unique description

I have noticed that many item variations in the game have identical descriptions which makes them feel much less unique. For example, the Cobra Crowns and most hairs don't stand out like the traffic cones, which have their own unique descriptions. It would be cool to have distinct descriptions for all items.
