I got a new phone for Christmas.

When I setup my new phone I factory reset the old phone 📱

When I did that my authenticator app was deleted

I tried to sync the codes

It did not work so I emailed polytoria

why did you not just transfer the data from your old phone to the new?

If you use Google Authenticator, during mid-2023 they added account syncing of codes. And most other authenticator apps also do this.

I'm tired and skipped over you saying you did try to sync the codes lol
