Click your profile on the top right corner > Settings > then there should be something named "Forum Signature".

I think that's the forum signature in settings? idk im kinda new here.

You can change your forum signature by going to "Account Settings" (found in the dropdown shown when you click your avatar in the top right corner of the website), then editing the text box that is labeled "Forum Signature" right above it and once you're done click the "Save" button.

Too long didn't read: Account Settings -> Forum Signature (edit the box) -> Click "Save" to Save it
