it is not uncommon for some cities to experience thunderstorms that result in fiery rain in japan, citizens were frightened after a rumbling sound was heard, followed by a shower of fire the temperature reportedly reached up to 54 degrees Fahrenheit, making it unsafe to be in close proximity similar incidents occurred in iceland, chile, and the united states


some people wondered if this was the end of the world and if they needed to evacuate, but this phenomenon is caused by volcanic ash rising high into the atmosphere and generating an electrical charge, resulting in electrified ash clouds this is known as volcanic lightning, and while it is a rare occurrence, it typically does not pose any danger to those in the surrounding area
