  1. Do not download anything off of the internet that sounds sketchy.

  2. Before downloading anything go to Virustotal.com and scan the file you downloaded.

  3. Do NOT install anything before scanning it.

Side note: If you have a virus already to to "Reset this PC" and reset your windows Operating System (!WARNING IT WILL GET RID OF EVERYTHING ON YOUR PC!)
