I've checked all registrations and I see no entity. You have to become either to sell online goods, even if they are considered a donation.
If you are a sole trader heads up, you have to have tax records and obtain a recurring business license.

In the event you are the sole proprietor, you will face legal consequences on yourself and not Polytoria this is why I am asking these questions.
