no, it's not worth it, the reason why is because each item has a value, but if a user is trading you, you gotta check the value first, so like an example -

you give a user some limited which is well over the value of 590, the person that is giving you a limited which has a value of 302.

so i'd probably say decline it, well if you're a big fan of opoorimentums then maybe.
