u can only retrieve item if u accidentaly sell limited
first just go to polytoria support and click the chat logo on the right down corner after that put your username email, but its ok if u dont want to put your email u can also put your discord there so staff can contact you
and choose "?Other" then put some detailed/information on message like: item you loose and the user who bought your item
