  1. I forgot my password.



  • In the case you've forgotten your password you can reset it by going to polytoria.com/login/forgot. After you're on the page, enter your username and then press ''Send recovery email'' and you will receive a password reset link in your email and enter your new password.



  1. I want to change my username.



  • If you'd like to change your username, it will cost 150 bricks to change and you may change it by visiting polytoria.com/my/settings and pressing ''Change'' besides your username. After that, please enter your new desired username and your password and press ''Update''.



  1. I want to change my password.



  • If you'd like to change your password, please visit polytoria.com/my/settings and press ''Change'' besides your current password. After that, you will receive a popup to enter your old password and your new password. Once that's done, press ''Change'' and it will update your password to the one you've entered.



  1. I want to update my description.



  • If you'd like to update your description, please visit polytoria.com/my/settings and under ''Update Description'' enter your desired description and press ''Update!'' and it will change your description.



  1. I want to use dark mode.



  • If you'd like to use dark mode, please visit polytoria.com/my/settings and at the bottom of your screen you'll see a switch to change to dark mode and once it's selected you may visit any other page and it will update to dark mode.



  1. I want to use light mode.



  • If you'd like to use light mode, please visit polytoria.com/my/settings and at the bottom of your screen you'll see a switch to change to light mode and once it's selected you may visit any other page and it will update to light mode.

  • If you'd like to buy currency, please visit polytoria.com/upgrade/ and you can purchase Bricks or Studs in different bundles for different prices.



  1. How do I buy a membership?



  • If you'd like to buy a membership, please visit polytoria.com/upgrade/ and you can purchase ''Polytoria Pro'' which gives you benefits on the site and client.



  1. What payment methods do you accept?



  • We currently accept PayPal only, if you'd like to buy with Debit or Credit Card then please select purchase with PayPal and it will give you an option to ''Pay with Debit or Credit Card''.



  1. Can I get a refund on my currency or memberships?



  • If you'd like to get a refund for your currency or memberships then please contact support. Please note, we will terminate your account after the payment has been refunded as you've already received your benefits.

Polytoria will actively moderate accounts from the website and client that
violate the Terms of Use or Rules to ensure that Polytoria remains a safe place for all users
of any type.


Here are the levels of moderation:


#Reminder



  • A reminder is a type of action given by a member of staff of Poyltoria to send
    a message to a user and it does not affect your account in any way.


#Warning



  • A warning is a moderation action on your account which is to give feedback on
    content that violates our rules and/or our terms of service. You can reactivate
    your account straight away after this is given.


#1 Day Ban



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and you must wait 24 hours before you can reactivate your
    account.


#3 Day Ban



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and you must wait 72 hours before you can reactivate your
    account.


#7 Day Ban



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and you must wait 1 week / 168 hours before you can
    reactivate your account.


#14 Day Ban



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and you must wait 2 week / 336 hours before you can
    reactivate your account.


#Account Deletion



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and is a permanent ban unless appealed within 30 days.


#Account Deletion + Username Scrub



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and is a permanent ban which makes your username available
    unless appealed within 30 days.


#Account Deletion + Post Scrub



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and is a permanent ban which deletes all your posts unless
    appealed within 30 days.


#Account Deletion + Username Scrub + Post Scrub



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and is a permanent ban which makes your username available
    and deletes all your posts unless appealed within 30 days.


#Poison Ban



  • This action of moderation is given to users that violate our rules and/or our
    terms of service and is a permanent ban which deletes your account and bans
    your household from the website.


You may appeal your account moderation within 30 days of receiving it by
contacting support, if the time has passed you are unable to appeal your
moderation.
