Is Polytoria blocked in Russia?

I haven't been in this platform for a while, but what caught me an eye is that Polytoria website doesn't load in Russia without using VPN.
Asking polytorians from RU, do you have this exact problem or is it just me?

It might be your internet provider blocking it because polytoria is hosted in an EU and NATO member state.
