I know how to create shirts using templates. When I select my file and choose my template design, it does nothing. I assume that I chose it, so then I pressed the upload button and it brings me to a text that says, "Did you use the template?"

Please help me...

This happened me too when i made my first shirt, the file should be a .png or .jpg if the file doesnt finishs with .jpg or .png it dont will work

Yes, I already know that. I used .png as the file and it still does nothing.

Alright so this may be a problem with the Length and Width, sometimes it may readjust the size sometimes depending on your editor, go into the normal template and check the height and width and readjust it, let me know if you dont understand whatI said or if it didnt work.

What is the original size? I didn't touch the width or length or the template, I left it the way I downloaded it.
