How do I make a main menu system?
basically something when you spawn in you are greeted with a "play" and a "Credits" button
the play sends you to spawn
and the credits will list whatever you want

You can create a script that listens for the .Clicked event of UIButton(s) to create a main menu. Not a very detailed explanation, but I hope this steers you in the right direction! :D
