The times daily currency is awarded at is very irregular. By default, it's at the exact same time as your account registration time. Every time you visit the website, it checks if it has been 24 hours since your last reward. If you haven't visited the site in the past 24 hours it will alter your next reward time, which causes the times to be irregular.
There is no fixed time at which daily currency is awarded.
