Uploading audios is not working (or just for me)

I have been trying to upload a 1 minute and 28 seconds long audio but it never ends loading (i have been waiting for around 10 minutes or more). The size of the file is around 6 or 7MB.
It's a MP3 file so i don't know what's the problem.

I'm not sure but you're probably using a name with an unavailable symbol, happened to me when I tried to upload a guild.

fixed. the file was too big.
