Tbh, I can see why Brick Hill and other sites are more popular than Polytoria (no offense).
Honestly, there are no professional developers for Polytoria due to bugs in Polytoria's client, and some errors in the studio which should've been fixed long ago.

If you compare Polytoria's client with Brick Hill's client and studio you'll know that Polytoria is no match. Even though Brick Hill has an ill history that everyone knows.

There weren't many developers in Brick Hill, and they accomplished a good client and studio. Although it's written in a different type of programming language because they simply have full knowledge of programming.

I don't wanna judge the devs of Polytoria, but there can be better improvements in Polytoria to make the site active if it's in the right hands. (again no offense). If I'm wrong on anything feel free to let me know below.

polytoria has a way better client than brick hill what are you smoking
