I'll use myself as an example.

Divide your account value by your friends
Since mine says 12.5k value and I have 116 friends, I divide 12.5k by 116
And since that would be really complicated I'll just use a calculat-

You can round that up to 108.

Now you get that number and subtract that by how many items you have. [limited duplicates count and shirts and pants don't]

I have 64 items.

So that's 44.
I'm level 44!
