OS: W8.1

This is specifically saying it cant find it on the EXE not on any dll from the system,
and ive gone thru MS docs and the function does exist in Windows 8.1, however
the client seems to run into this issue.

sfc /scannow

I have Windows 7, and receive this error when attempting to start the client. I'll probably have to setup a Windows 8.1 Virtual Machine to play, but I don't feel like doing that right now, so I'll just wait longer until actually playing Polytoria.
