You get banned less times if the birthday you set on your roblox account is <13 or close to 13

You also have a very small chance of getting banned if your account has roblox premium because roblox is pay to win

I didn't really know that I thought it was the same for everybody
If you did get banned with premium, it'd probably lower the time you're banned bc Roblox is just like that
