Shirt template doesn't line up

When I tried to make a new shirt with the new template, there ended up being black lines on the edges but when I tried the older template they were gone. I think the new template used now doesn't line up fully.

where do you find the old template? I've been trying to make a shirt and they all come out either broken or the texture is messy
