Let's actually analyze this a little more.

For you:
No clear color at all: purple, green, blue, grey.
Odd shirt choice. Also has a black outline that degrades its quality.

For me:
I like to make monochrome avatars and add an extra palette of the same color, in this case, red. I think it's obvious.
My shirt does have some template looking shading, but looks better, imo ofc.

I'll give you a 4/10.
