does it give you a random amount for each forum post like 2-5 xp?

It seems like it gives about 5 exp per forum post and 1 per posting status.

But i'm not completely sure .

i thought the xp decreased the more xp you already had

pretty sure you get 1 for posting a status and 4 or 5 for making a forum post
