Not sure exactly what this is its very possible that I'm just not on a compatible laptop or something but why can i not open the polytoria client? When I try to it says "Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Are you an Administrator on your computer?

if your not an admin the admin may have put pretections on the device where you cant accses not well known programs
