Personally, I'm very against such conduct and I believe it should be referred to as manslaughter. A child should not have to face execution because of the irresponsible, stupid decisions by his/her parents. If s family is too poor, the child can be put up for adoption, where he/she has a fighting chance.

I dont want to hear "OMG shrek but women should have rights over their bodies" because the woman accepts the risks with their decision to go through what (more often than not) creates children. It's unfair and unusual punishment that the child is given the consequences that the parent initiated.

Anyways basically the overturning just made it to where states decide, and THAT is pro-choice, allowing for majorities to have what they want in different areas.
