looking for opers or cobra crowns

hard to find those, hood or ''oper'' owners, either one.... want a heavy overpay, even if their hood has 50 owners and is worth 1k value, they still will want 3k+ for it, cobra crown owners dont really trade their crowns, or have quit, the only cobra crowns that's owners are active in general and in trading, are the ones that have like 200k+ value, and its hard to get a deal done with those people.
