I made a shirt but it kept saying me 'did you use the template?' it doesn't let me upload still the emage pixels is 2400

you go to the shop first, then click "upload" select which item you would like to upload, then you can find the template and other details about the item. hope this helps.

The image has to be exactly 1024x1024


Use a photo crop and resizing app for that
