You can't say s-u-c-c-e-e-d (*eed) and you can't say d-o-c-u-m-e-n-t-a-t-i-o-n (doentation). I'm sure there's far more words that suffer random filtering than these two examples that I've encountered

something as simple as shoving a letter from the cyrillic alphabet bypasses the filter, so it's not like this over-censoring filter helps either. Example: dосumentatіоn, suссeed

I'm also somewhat certain it's not even based on context, but based on just the usage of a word. This is a horrible system, as some words can be used to describe completely different things(I.E the word b-a-l-l-s).
Example 1 (innocent): Hey, can you move those ***** out of the way?
Example 2 (not innocent): man my ***** itchy

the filter is kinda dumb to me tbh
